Real nice garden with a few snack stalls as I recall, the ice cream one is by far the most popular one, especially in the summer. The good thing about it is it’s location, it’s not worth going out of your way to come here though.

A beautiful garden to walk through and around if you need a little time out from the city, within the city. Plenty of seating places to buy a drink or a snack and very peaceful. I imagine in the summer it is thronged, as it was very busy on a freezing cold April weekend when we were there!

We visited here on a day when the weather was windy and rainy. Therefore the gardens and water feature seemed to be average.
May be things would be different on a fine day.

We couldn’t appreciate too many flowers due to the time of the year but the structure is evident and quite stunning. The space is enormous and beautiful statuary and large water feature in the middle. The walk/ run in this area is lovely.
You see runners all over the city including the Versailles but this particular area is great for walk/ run/stroll.

A nice garden which we passed through most days on route to one of the many museums were we’re visiting during our trip.

With it not being the nicest of weather, the gardens were quite quiet with mainly uninterrupted views of the Paris wheel, Etc

There were play areas for the kids and some nice planted areas and plenty of places to sit down and enjoy the scenery.

A number of the coffee shops were not open during our visits which was OK as we were just passing through but I’d imagine during the summer these would be welcome.

Overall a nice park but I probably would make a special trip to see it unless it was a particularly sunny day and you wanted to chill out and watch the world go by.
