Set in a stunning old hotel but again we did have to queue for well over an hour to get in (it was the first Sunday of the month and therefore free). This was my second visit and, although I love the setting, I was a little disappointed so many pieces from the wonderful permanent collection have been stored in order to dedicate two floors to The Guernica exhibition - the original of which is still in Spain. That said, some wonderful pieces still on exhibit along with Picasso's own collection. A nice café with an outdoor terrace - for nice weather.

What made this such a good attraction was that the museum is not insanely crowded like most of the others. You can actually take the time to look around without being trampled. Fantastic tribute to a great artist!
Look at the stairs closely and you will see how many visitors have climbed the stairs, the stone is worn down...

Lots of open unused space, makes the place feel cold and unfinished. No map / layout plan available which (for the price they charge) is unacceptable. In a great city like Paris with so many great museums that I love, this was a disappointment and I will not recommend it. Very limited collection. Very badly run.

One of my favorite museums in Paris.
It portrays Picaso’s artistic life in an interesting and exhaustive way, that is suitable for both children and adults. A very good place to spend a few hours in a cultural way!

took several buses to get there and jumped around doggy doos (doesn't Parisien clean up after their pets?) Small museum but worth the visit. Not just Picasso but other artist work by Picasso collection. Lots of Renoir and Monets, yet tons of Picasso arts. I only seen his abstract drawings before but I saw his whole art and progression to make more understanding of his drawings. Short visit but was worthy.
