This villa is truly a gem in the outskirts of Paris. The unique architecture of the house and amenities made our visit quite unique. We were a group of Girl Scouts visiting from the US. Plenty of beds, but only one shower. There was a tub in addition to the shower and two toilets. We managed with no problem. Be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Four floors with three single beds on the top floor. The two Argentinians that checked us in were fabulous. They showed us about all the functionalities of the villa and left us some yummy treats. The metro is very close and easy to navigate. You need to allow a bit more time to get into Paris central, but the experience outside the tourist area was well worth it. We recommend getting off at metro stop Danube on line 7 bis.
If you use the washer, be sure that the water reservoir is empty. It the upper left container to pull out. It took a while with my limited French to figure this out, but once again we managed quite well. I would definitely book again.
