We stopped here for just the one night between Calais and St Remy. It was ideal and also had a semi-decent pool there. The rooms were spacious for me, my wife and 2 children. The room was clean. We did experience a slight issue with a small drinks order where it was put through twice at the end of the stay but they soon apologised and refunded straight away. The staff were friendly and the facilities were very classy. The hotel itself is actually connected to a large shopping centre, this was a nice bonus for us.

Great hotel, reasonably priced.

Lovely family room and great restaurant and pool area - perfect for the kids to relax after a day of driving. Very modern with a few quirky twists which make it more interesting, Good value for a family and as it's out of town it's easy to find and to park etc.
This is our 2nd year using this hotel and we'd definitely go again.

We stay at this hotel for one night per year as we drive to the south and need somewhere this stay and break up the journey. The restaurant is lovely and very handy- the staff are helpful and the food is delicious. The rooms are comfy and noise is heard but if you close your window it is minimal. The rooms are comfortable and perfect if you need somewhere to stay which is close to other restaurants and a tram service is next to the hotel. Would recommend.

Rooms are dark, oldish furniture, and are generally functional, very clean, but a bit depressing; you wouldn't want to stay for more than a couple of days.

In terms of location its absolutely excellent, with a major shopping mall and tram line literally meters away.

Breakfast was delicious and well stocked; zero complaints there

The main issue is the front desk. They are not really friendly, made no recognition of brand status, and generally customer service is not their forte. I politely asked for a firm/hard pillow and was unapologetically told 'the hotel is full so we have no more pillows!'. She didn't even do me the courtesy of pretending to check with housekeeping.

WiFi speed was also a joke.....reminded me of the old 56k dial-up days!

The bottom line is if you can avoid needing/talking to the front desk, and you won't be spending much time in your room, it's not a bad place

Had a one night stay here before our trip home it was a lovely hotel in a great location but the breakfast was very expensive for what it is and the rooms are a bit small. The staff aren't the friendliest but they tried to help when we asked. It's got great parking and restaurants. Great for families for entertainment but not for space in rooms we couldn't walk around the bed as we had a cot . It's got lovely decor . The shower/bath was very difficult to work out.
