Not the best food in France, not great in design, but good and tasty for its price, especially for Saint Malo area! 11,50 for 3 course lunch menu, and 3.60 for a 25cl wine pichet!

Superb place to eat good honest french food. The €11.50 menu is unbeatable.Book if you can, it's very busy. What a treat :terrine de maquereaux then 2 fish fillets rice vapor potatoes and beurre blanc then a chocolate gateau with crème anglaise

Terrible service, long waiting, no food. We've waited 45 minutes before we decided to leave without being served no water, nor bread. The waiters are generally rude with the guests, not only with us but the tables around us. The atmosphere between the staff seems terrible. The quality of the food, judging by the plates is mediocre.
Avoid it at all cost!
There's a nice brasserie just the opposite of the road with good service and good food.

Have eaten here two nights in a row. The eleven euro three course menu midday or evening is fantastic value. The food is classic 1970s french. I was a commi chef in England then and we were trying to copy this stuff. Cream sauces, demi-glace, iles flottantes and potatoes peeled and boiled to perfection. Diners are packed in and service is brusque but I am not complaining I'll return a third time.

Super place to eat on the fringe of St Malo, it's a family orientated restaurant where the service is excellent with an extensive menu. Good value for money. Enjoy.
