The hotel was ok
We are a couple in our 60s and celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary
We had a clean but tiny room with no outlook or anywhere to dry/air beach wear.
The bathroom was large with a good walk in shower
There was a kettle and coffee in the room but you had to sit on your bed to drink it
So it really wasn’t for us
Staff were nice and helpful and location was good
We had a later flight but nowhere to change
Disappointing experience at the boutique hotel in Biarritz. From insanely small rooms to unhelpful staff, it fell far short of expectations. Would not recommend.
Adding to the disappointment was the rude and unhelpful demeanor of the lady at the reception. Instead of offering assistance, she was dismissive and borderline mean, leaving a sour taste in an already unpleasant stay.
Absolutely awesome hotel.
Every detail thought about, practical but also beautiful, and the owners are the most welcoming kind couple.
Location in the most charming area of Biarritz, and even the price is really reasonable.
A hidden pearl in cote basque Biarritz.

Staff very friendly and very clean. extra tea and coffee available through out the day with croissants available without charge. Leaving the hotel you turn left and you are 2 minutes from the beech and if you turn right you are in the heart of shopping heaven.
Great restaurants and not to expensive.
Will return 100%

I honestly didn’t know what to expect with this hotel as we booked 5 people in the 6 people dorm (it’s not my thing)
However, it was so clean and tidy the stay turned out to be a complete success.
Very friendly, very quiet, very clean… very nice!
I only saw the pictures of the other rooms but the whole feel of this hotel is great
