Stayed here recently on trip from Ireland with my sons rugby team. Check in was very quick and efficient. Rooms were lovely - we have a twin room and balcony with lovely views down to the sea. The room was spotless with everything you would need. The only downside was the bar - if you can call it that. Being with a group, we all naturally congregated in the bar - but they definitely weren't in the business of selling drink!! The barman was in no hurry to serve us - was actually a bit put out that we were even there! They knew we would be around for the weekend and instead of being organised, they were hoping we'd go elsewhere - I would have been happy to but having the kids with us it was impossible to go to any pub at night with them. Other than that - the food was ok - definitely the best part was the location. The pool was not available when we were there but other than that the kids enjoyed their time there - which is what it was all about!

We only had a brief stay over in Biarritz so we're very pleased at the central location of the Hotel. the staff were helpful and provided us with some ideas of what to see to make the most of our visit. We were able to easily walk to all the shops and down to the sea. Our room was clean and tidy.
