Flat was small, but warm and with good natural light.. Host was friendly, helpful.
But the place had not been cleaned, bedding quite shabby and out of date stuff left in fridge. No toilet roll, soap etc. A bit ironic given the large deposit charge (which took a while to be paid back) based on leaving the place in good condition.

But location and convenience for many attractions made it a reasonable mid-priced place to stay..

Apartment was small but extremely functional and exactly what we wanted It is located in the heart of Bordeaux beside loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Host was very friendly and was there when we arrived to show us around etc. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Bordeaux.

Very attractive and well equipped apartment on third floor (with lift) of 19th century town house. Three big double glazed windows overlooking Avenue d'Alsace et Lorraine. Right by old town and river, tram stops on two lines very close, supermarket just round the corner. Clean, bright, with everything we needed. Only downside was the raised bed - too close to the ceiling, steep steps up and altogether not good for those who need to get up in the night, but we used the perfectly adequate sofabed instead. So OK for two people but if you are 4, 2 of you will need to be acrobatic and continent.

Very nice studio in a great location - tram was right outside front door of building. Lots of historic places to visit within walking distance as well. Many cafes and shopping nearby. Owner was also very nice and greeted us on first day with map and suggestions of places to visit. Would stay again if I'm ever lucky enough to return to Bordeaux.
