“Great little apartment”
Reviewed 26 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Stayed for one week.Well equipped apartment ,small kitchen area only suitable for light meal preparation.Air conditioning was a real bonus.Very secure very quiet and very clean.Outdoor patio was nice to have.Jean Christophe was very efficient at contacting us and making arrangements to be there to check us in.2 mins walk to the tram which took 10 minutes to city centre.A weekly pass for the tram is great value( buy at train station /tourist office )you can also use it on the local airport bus (takes 45-60 mins from airport to central train station).Large supermarket 10 mins walk or 2 stops on the tram away.Small shop and boulangerie just down the road.Bordeaux is a small city and very easy to get around.A visit to St Emilion is worthwhile.

“Well located appartment wth all the ammenities we needed”

The apartment had all the utilities we needed for our stay, and is well located for the sites in the middle of Bordeaux, as well the no 3 Tram Line, and the Tourist Information office.

A supermarket is located fairly close by, as is the Jardin Public park.

The outside space is a welcome addition.

“Quiet and elegant in a great location”
Reviewed 11 November 2014 for a stay in October 2014

This is a great apartment with a large internal bacony. The layout is Very well designed and well finished with high quality fittings. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were all exceptional (and a truly Excellent shower). The apartment is secure with coded entry to a common lobby and one gentle flight of stairs.
It is in a great location just to the north of the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood (Cartrons) and close to the public gardens. Chartrons has everything that you will need for a long stay. There are some great restaurants close by (try L'Air de Famille).
Jean-Christophe was very helpful and had excellent advice on the city.

“Great Apartment”
Reviewed 11 November 2014 for a stay in October 2014

When we looked at this apartment a few months ago there were no TA reviews posted but we took a gamble and booked anyway. We weren't really sure what to expect but it turned out to be one of the best places we stayed in France. The kitchen facilities are great, and there is also a washing machine and a coffee machine. The bathroom, especially the shower is excellent. There is a lovely private outdoor area. The apartment is at the back of the building which makes it very quiet, it also means it doesn't get any sun (at least not in late October) but this didn't bother us, the heating is very good and all the furniture and artwork very stylish. The Chartrons area is just a few minutes walk away, there are some great restaurants and shops there and getting into the city centre was easy by tram or only a 20 minute walk. Make sure you walk through the beautiful Parc Jardin just down the road.
