Totally brilliant with a tremendous team and great room standards and so convenient near Piccadilly Main Rail Station. We were able to leave our luggage until we left Manchester at 3:30 pm. The team could not have been more helpful.. Thank you..

I made an early booking for three twin rooms w late checkout, got two different price for the rooms. It was cheaper after needed change couple of months before.

Reception with cookies were there still, and this time checkin process was more smoother and correct than last time, staff was welcoming.

We got rooms from up there side by side, that was excellent. One of the three lifts was broken, which made us wait more than usually.

Rooms were still very good and clean although some experience they´ve seen. It was also quiet at the night time. For the fresh air I like to open window and it is possible.
TV system has been changed more simple than it was last time, might be better. Music channel I missed, radio channel there was.

Last time there was some difficulties with breakfast now some of the articles were finished or less. Anyway the assortiment, quality and staff was fine.

We got several times very good and fast help from the concierge or reception staff for our group.

Checkout and the invoice was correct and explained.

I made a choice for this hotel because of location, known chain which should quarantee level of professionalism and last experience.

I´ll be here for the next visit most likely.

Stayed for a night on a recent business trip to Manchester. Great location - just outside Manchester Piccadilly station and within easy access to all city centre locations.
Friendly and helpful staff, the warm welcome cookie is a real treat, the rooms are clean and well appointed and the breakfast buffet is quite good.

Stayed at this hotel 4 times now. So convenient, being just across the bridge from Piccadilly Station. Short walk to university and to town. Friendly staff. Who could resist that warm chocolate cookie at check in? They updated their restaurant with new decor and menu. Now called Store Street Exchange. Staff there really makes you feel at home and welcomed. Food good. Their bar was updated too. Nice decor in both. I was upgraded to a King Junior Suite. Tucked away from the streets, so was quiet. Downside was not much of a view! Online check in made sure a smooth process on arrival. Check out was effortless too. It has now become my hotel of choice in this city!

Stayed for one night recently. Excellent location, a couple of minutes from Piccadilly station. Staff were pleasant, hotel was clean and smart. Room was reasonable size with comfortable bed. Good speed on the Wifi. Drinks in the bar were expensive but good ambience. Breakfast was good. Would stay again
