Had a fantastic stay, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size with everything in it you could need. The food was good, hot and fresh. Well done. The building is really nice very old and slightly slanting which is part of its appeal.

Room Tip: all the rooms are good

This is a Witherspoons hotel but don't let that put you off! We loved it, it had everything we wanted. It was quaint, in the centre of Tewkesbury with good food, real ale and brilliant service. Will defiantly go back.

We stayed here for our anniversary, had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The room was lovely, the TV was so big! Nice old windows : ) View of the abbey! The receptionists were very friendly. Great value! We love the food here, and find that there are plenty of yummy vegetarian options! ..But we wish that it could be qourn burgers instead of vegetable ones! We love the qourn sausages at breakfast : )

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. It is great to hear that you found your room to be lovely and great value on your anniversary stay. Wetherspoon is constantly reviewing our menus and looking at expanding our vegetarian options so who knows the Quorn burgers may be on the horizon. It's great to know that you love the food here and we hope to see you again soon. Kind Regards The Royal Hop Pole Team
