Relatively new hotel and still looking fresh. Very busy because of the patronage of the leisure facilities. Nice to have a Starbucks in the foyer. Easy and quick DIY check-in with self-generated room keys. Parking is always busy because of the leisure centre; may involve a bit of a walk. Rooms are functional overall. No aircon in mine (which is good from an energy efficiency point of view) but the supplied air 'ram' is unbelievably noisy and wasn't really that effective. Nice large flat screen TV but you'll need to crank up the volume to compete with the aforementioned Dyson jet engine.

We picked this hotel because of its location, having a pool and an early Easter deal. It was a good base for exploring Kent. As we were travelling with a child access to the pool facilities were limited. Breakfast and the room were adequate but nothing special.

The hotel is easy to find just off the M20 but not affected by the noise. We got the hotel on an offer which made the hotel even better value as it included breakfast and the leisure facilities. Lots of parking and the hotel is of a good standard.

I would never go there again the treatment we got from staff was awful back to the Holiday Inn at Rochester for us a much more friendly place to be.
I did complain after in an e-mail but they never bothered to reply which doesn’t surprise me as we were made to feel an inconvenience when we were there .

Irish tribute night, not of a good standard. £35 per head, food rushed out quickly, guests seated in such a way that couldn't easily get out from the table, paying for the guests using the bar with free entertainment, and lastly it was all over with by10 pm, NOT GOOD !!!!!!!!!
