On the Tuesday evening that we ate here, the two waitresses staffing the dining area seemed a bit overwhelmed. Twenrty minutes before our drinks order was taken and then nearly an hour before our food arrived. Our waitress was friendly enough but seemed to struggle a bit with English. She came back a couple of times to get clarification/confirmation of our order and then managed to bring me prawn enchiladas instead of the chicken enchiladas that I ordered. Perhaps they were simply having a bad evening. The food was prepared nicely but only loosely true to the advertised tex-mex style. My prawn enchiladas were stuffed with pineapple and very little tex mex flavor. The paella looked like a simple boiled rice platter. Also, too much raw onion throughout for our family's taste.
