As usual premier inn fails to disappoint the room is big double bed and two single beds flat screen tv and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is big. Beds are a little by too hard for my liking as are the pillows but everyone is different in how soft/hard they like their beds. It has inside access to the pub next door so if it's raining you don't need to go outside you can just go through inside. Food in pub was lovely highly recommend it. Parking is free and plenty.

I stay at this Premier Inn around 6 times a year, and over the past 4 years (around 24 stays in all) have never had a bad experience. I am a great fan of Premier Inn, but this one takes some beating - Whitbread can be proud of it. My chief praise must go to the staff. The staff on reception are simply superb - the sort of people who deserve an MBE! In the past I thought the adjoining restaurant - The Park, rather let things down, but on my most recent visit this exceeded my expectations. The food was good, very reasonably priced, and the staff gave exceptional service.

Excellent location for Harrogate with a train station less than 5 mins walk away and less than 5 mins into Harrogate. Very welcoming staff - room clean warm and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Was great for leaving car for the day whilst going into Harrogate to the Country Living Fair. Lovely country walks close by. Just perfect.

Very friendly receptionist - booking in was a breeze. Evening meal and breakfast good value for money. Rooms clean and comfortable - although could do with an upgrade to the TV but it worked and more then the normal 4 or 5 channels. Free wi-fi was speed limited but at least it was thrown in. If you want anything faster then it's £5 for 24 hours.

Overall the stay was satisfactory - not outstanding but for the price - especially Harrogate prices it was reasonable.

Staff are always friendly and on hand, speedy check in and everything explained to you.
1min to the station, which is why we choose here as it's east to get into Harrogate, rooms are comfortable and spacious and really good value for money.
