“Excellent cottage”
Reviewed 5 August 2018 for a stay in August 2018

This cottage is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. It was a great base for a stay with our little dog, the locals are very friendly especially in the dog friendly pub and the village chip shop well worth a visit. West Runton beach 4-5 miles away from the cottage was a great day out with a dog friendly beach. Loads of lovely sights to see at Sherrinham, Wells next the sea, Cromer and many more.

Charming little cottage . V clean and well equipped and warm. Welcome pack and fresh flowers were a really thoughtful touch. Janet was very responsive and communicated promptly. Could not think of any improvements.
All was perfect. Would definitely recommend to others.

“Perfect base for exploring North Norfolk”
Reviewed 29 December 2017 for a stay in December 2017

A very comfortable and well appointed cottage which made our short winter stay a complete pleasure. We don't have a dog now but if we had I'm sure it would have loved it too!

“Mr & Mrs ”
Reviewed 17 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We recently stayed in this very quaint & comfortable cottage, situated within a group of several pretty properties. The cottage was extremely well equipped & we were provided with a lovely welcome pack upon arrival. Dogs are welcome in the property & there is a lovely wooded walk on the other side of the car park, perfect for an early morning stroll. There is a nice little pub, The New Inn, & a fish & chip shop, just a short drive away.
