We just had a fantastic weekend in Savoy Hotel. The Savoy is an excellent hotel, which is located in centre of Limerick. Our room was very spacious & the staff in particular the receptionist were very friendly. In addition the hotel is child friendly & accomdating to any requirements.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a great 2 days in the Savoy. Lovely hotel in a great location. We ate on the first night in the Hamptons, the food was lovely but deserts...forget them!!! Too small and a bit dried out. The room was lovely very spacious and the bed was massive. The breakfasts were exquisite, great selection, tasty and the pastries were gorgeous. The Matre'D on the first morning was attentive, very friendly with his booming voice...(Missed him on the 2nd day as he was off) There was plenty of staff serving breakfast and refills etc. were not a problem. The only downside I would say is the fact that parking is not included. We were there for 2 nights and parked in the Car park opposite (Dunnes Stores) and it added €15 onto our bill. It is subsidised but I think a nominal fee of €2 or €3 per day would be enough to pay. I don't think I'll go back to Limerick City as there wasn't much to do there but if I ever have to come to Limerick again I would definitely stay at the Savoy.

The Savoy is located in the centre of Limerick. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Service is impeccable. All the rooms are very comfortable, and on the upper floors, glimpses of the Shannon river can be seen. Free wi-fi is available everywhere in the hotel. The tariff is extremely competitive. I particularly liked the breakfasts served in the first-floor lounge.
Hampton's restaurant next door (part of the hotel) provides very good local food at reasonable prices.
