Very central with car park so can walk into town, literally just around the corner. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and spotless, all necessary amenities. Nice bar too. Shared a twin room. The single beds were quite narrow so had a restless night feeling like I was on a rotisserie! Breakfast was help-yourself cereal, fruit salad, juice and yogurt, then order cooked breakfast from a menu with enough choice. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer next time.

Room Tip: Go for the double bed!

Was on business in the Kilkenny area and stayed one night in the Kilkenny Inn Hotel. I'v stayed here before and the standard was great,as usual, there is on-site car parking, the breakfast will set you up for the whole day, it's location is very central and still very quiet.
Clean, comfortable, friendly very reasonable price.

Stayed at the Kilkenny Inn for 2 nights over the Easter. The staff were really friendly and helpful! Room was spotlessly clean. Didn't have breakfast. Only downfall is the lack of plugs in the room and the wifi but other than that cannot fault this hotel. Located only 5 minute walk from town centre. Very reasonably priced. Would stay again

Stayed here recently for one night. Staff were very friendly especially Jillian (Not 100% sure if that's her name). very helpful and would do whatever they could to accommodate you.
Room was perfectly fine and clean in the most part (someone who had last had obviously smoked out the window and there was some ash on the windowsill and roomed smelled of smoke)
Breakfast was good and plentiful. Cheap price for the room compared to others in the area.
The only real downside to our stay was the lack of Wifi in the room/breakfast room. It was only available in the lobby. If this was updated to all rooms (which is easily done) then this would have been a 5* review.

The staff was nice, the room was clean and had everything I needed. I was only there for one night but would have gladly stayed longer. It was only a few minutes away from the castle and had everything I needed nearby. Would stay again.
