Delighted to see this restaurant use subtle ramps running along into their restaurant as oppose to steps here and there. It made navigating around in the wheelchair effortless. The waitress also told me they're working on a downstairs toilet which is good to hear as we will be back for more tapas. Great location too!

While staying in Kilkenny we decided to try The Grapevine,we were greatly impressed.
The food and service were first rate and the prosecco equally as good, enjoyable ambiance, relaxed and exactly what we were looking for. The choice on the menu suits all tastes and I'd have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant, especially if you enjoy tapas.

Visited The Grapevine with a friend of mine two nights ago. We didn’t have a reservation but we were given a table straight away. Staff were very attentive and we were made to feel very comfortable. Food was lovely but they are rather large portions compared to most tapas places meaning you should only order a couple of things each. Only thing I would’ve changed was the playlist which comprised of lack lustre acoustic covers.
Overall I would recommend, tasty food and lovely surroundings and staff.

My wife and I visit Kilkenny very frequently but had never eaten here until our recent visit last week. Was quiet as we were in late on Wed night. Nice atmosphere though. Tapas were very good. Food was tasty and portions were good - especially for a tapas bar. Got a lovely bottle of Beaujolais Nouvea. Good service. Will definitely put it on our list for future visits.
