I couldn't recommend this holiday home enough.it's location is perfect, just minutes from the centre of killarney, but within short driving distance of everything else the kingdom has to offer!we simply could not get over the decor, cleanliness and utilities in this Home.we felt like we were staying in a beautiful hotel, but with all of our home comforts and more!it was unbelievably well stocked with everything a family could need!the kids loved it there too and there's a beautiful courtyard behind the property where they played safely. The owners of this property made us feel most welcome, and were always on hand if we needed to ask them anything.
We chose Courtbrack House based on the reviews from TripAdvisor and we were beyond satisfied with our experience! To start, Ann Marie is one of the most thoughtful, kind and thorough hosts I have worked with in our travels. Her wonderful customer service started from the very moment we booked with her to the very final minutes of our stay. She stayed in continued communication with us over the months in between our booking and our actual visit to help us get information about the Killarney area, send us very thorough directions and information related to the accommodations. When we arrived, she met us at the home but she did not merely hand over the keys she went above and beyond the basics. Ann Marie knew we were traveling with a child and had a bit of a drive that day so she left us a pizza in the refrigerator and ice cream treats in the freezer so we would not need to go out and find groceries and dinner upon our arrival. Her lovely daughter Abby played with our son while we were going through the check-in process which was a welcome diversion after being in a car for a few hours. During our stay in Killarney, Ann Marie stayed in contact with us to help us get connected to different things we wanted to do. When she came to meet us at check-out time, her thoughtfulness continued when she presented our son with two bags of goodies for him to snack on during the flights home to Minnesota.
Beyond the wonderful and warm customer service, the Courtbrack House is a very well-kept, clean, welcoming and functional space. One of the simple, yet wonderful things about it was the VERY soft and large towels for the bathrooms! Courtbrack House is located on the fringe of the Town Centre but still very convenient. We did not walk into the Town Centre but that is because we had a small child with us and the distance was a bit far for a small child but very doable otherwise. The kitchen is very functional and had everything we needed. Having the washer and dryer were great as we returned home with very little dirty laundry. The beds were comfortable, having multiple bathrooms was nice and there was plenty of warm water for everyone.
A few highlights of our visit to this area included a drive around the Dingle Peninsula (with great directions included from Ann Marie), horseback riding in Killarney National Park (through Killarney Riding Stables), the show Celtic Steps (we highly recommend this), and browsing through town. We had a great meal and great service at Laurel’s Pub as well. My husband is still talking about the lamb stew and it was the first place that offered a healthy option for kids on the kids menu (broiled fish with mash and vegetables).
We would definitely recommend Courtbrack House to anyone planning to visit the Killarney area. If we are fortunate enough to return someday we will definitely work with Ann Marie again.

We are a family of four with two young girls. Based on previous guests recommendations we chose to rent this property for a weeks holiday and it turned out absolutely brilliant.
Previous guests mentioned how clean the property was (this made me happy). They also mentioned the lovely welcome they got from Ann Marie and the welcome basket she left. Ann Marie left buckets and spades and ice creams for our girls which the girls were thrilled with and which we found a really lovely touch!
We were also really impressed with the amount of information left about Killarney , places to eat and things to do. We actually went places recommended which was great! Killarney has so much to offer and the house was close to everything.
We really had a fantastic week with lots of great memories. The success of the holiday was really helped by the fact we found the house comfortable, clean and Ann Marie supplied everything we needed.
We really recommend this as a place to stay - and we will definitely be back!
Stayed here the first week of June with my 2 daughters aged 4 and 14 months, fantastic house very child friendly and everything you could possibly need was there from a hand blender to a picnic basket. Annmarie was excellent always available if needed and gave loads of information on things to do in the area. Will definately book and stay with her on our next trip to killarney.
We, a family of four including teenager and younger child enjoyed a weekend at Courtbrack at Easter. The house itself was wonderful. It is located at the rear of the complex and enjoys peace and quiet as a result. It has all amenities along with thoughtful extras DVDs and board games for kids, magazines and books for adults. Ann-Marie was there to meet us and gave a very warm welcome, complete with all the requisites for a welcome cup of tea. Muckross Estate is a short walk from the house. The only downside might be the lack of parking which could cause a problem in the busier season.
