Wandering up and down through Killarney town of a busy Sat night we were running out of options. We needed somewhere that was showing the rugby and also serving food. With vegetarian options. Tatler Jack's ticked all the boxes. We got seats right in front of the TV and a menu that had a vegetarian selection, not just the usual vegetarian option available upon request.
Spoiled for choice I opted for the baked potato with cheese and beans. My fellow diners went for the fish and chips and the burger and chips. The baked spud is a stable of most pubs in the UK but for some reason never really took off here. My baked potato was amazing, large enough to be filling with just the right ratio of cheese and beans. The fish and chips got the thumbs up as did the burger. A lovely meal washed down by their local brew of Killarney Lager.
