Stayed for a couple nights before heading to a wedding in Loughrea, As others have mentioned this is in a fantastic location and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Also like others mentioned the rooms on the 1st floor can be very noisy so I moved to the 2nd floor the 2nd night which was better.
The rooms themselves were pretty nice. Would of liked wash cloths in the bathroom, but discovered that really isn't a thing in some Irish hotels.
Breakfast was nice with fantastic background music (I need to know the name of the soundtrack!).
Ate in the restaurant for dinner and had the seafood chowder which was nice and rich with chunks of salmon. Split the fish and chips with my friend. The fish was delicious - perfect amount of batter and crispiness and the chips were amazing. Mushy peas were also good. Had the sticky toffee pudding which was a perfect way to end a meal all washed down with pints of Guinness of course!
Would def return!More
