+ Great apartment with beautiful view.
+ Perfectlly located in the heart of Dun Laoghaire with excellent public transport possibilities (in and out of Dublin City).
+ Very attentive and helpful host - thank you, Tom!
=> next visit to Dublin definitely has to coincide with the possibility to stay in Tom's apartment.
The location of this apartment is terrific, especially for travellers using the public transit system(Dart, Bus, Taxi) Enjoyed the wonderful view of the Harbour everyday, the friendly people of the area, and all the amenities of the apartment.
We did many day trips, 2 out of Dublin and were so happy to return to the same place every day. There is shopping around the corner, coffee shops, and Pubs.
The owner was readily available for any questions, even though he was miles away.
Would request this property when we return to Ireland, and do highly recommend it!
We've spent a week in Tom's apartment and we had great time.
Tom was on his way to the other side of the Earth at this time but was very helpful (e-mails) to fix different things.
The view is just amazing, on the Dun Laoghaire pier and the Dublin bay and the location is perfect (2 minutes walking from the DART station, buses, restaurants, pubs, shops ...). Tom gave us some good advice too (nice irish breakfast).
His neighbours welcomed us as he was away and they were very friendly and helpful. Tom had organized our arrival and we had no trouble.
The apartment is just perfect for a family with 2 kids: 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, quiet area, and large enough. We even had breakfast on the balcony twice !!
The only low point is maybe that this is Tom's apartment and not just a rental. He left the apartment a few hours before we arrive so all his belongings are in the flat (towels, clothes, toothbrush, food in fridge, ...) and it's a bit weird at the beginning. But it's ok after a couple of hours. It's like visiting family or friend and we hope to get a chance of meeting Tom someday.
We definively will choose Tom's apartment when we'll come back to Dun Laoghaire.
