“Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!”

The location is absolutely perfect!! Hop on hop off is right outside your door, great breakfast place right below the apartments, a fully stocked market for all your cooking needs, multiple coffee locations, a nice bar and a pizza/pasta restaurant all within 2-3 minute WALK!!!!! Also for those with kids - there is a playground in the courtyard. If a car is needed - there is a small lot at the entrance to the building and a parking garage within a block or so. The walk to Temple Bar, Brazen Head, St Patricks Cathedral, Trinity college all within 20 minutes. The balconies of the apartment overlook Smithfield square. Jameson Distillery is across the square. We could not have been happier with the location. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our needs. The place was clean enough for all of us as well. The beds were comfortable and the pull out was comfortable enough - as pull outs go :) The bedrooms were spacious enough for our needs. Plenty of closet storage for our clothing. The master bathroom is small but usable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, plates, bowls etc and pots/pans. There were minimal cloths or paper towels to get us started for cleaning purposes. There was toilet paper for our use. We struggled to figure out the washer/dryer but chalked that up to user ignorance. The living room was a great place to congregate. The bedrooms and living room have BEAUTIFUL floor to ceiling windows that offer great lighting and amazing views. As a woman - I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom to use while getting ready. It was a challenge doing hair and make up without a mirror near an outlet for hair dryer/curling iron. If there was a mirror in bedrooms near an outlet, that would be easily solved. Any time we return to Dublin - we will stay here. Liam and the people that worked for him were courteous and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Stayed 3 nights here in June. It was in a great location, right next to the bus and train stations. The apt. was very clean and the owner and assistant was very nice and helpful when needed. would definitely recommend.

“Excellent Apartment in Dublin City Centre”

Excellent self catering apartment, ideally located for hop on hop off bus. We used the airlink airport transfer and got off at the Ushers Quay stop and walked across the river bridge. Liam rang to say apartment was ready earlier than anticipated and met us as arranged at the Maldron Hotel in Smithfield. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Two double bedrooms, a double sofa bed in lounge and a bathroom and ensuite shower room. The apartment is clean and very spacious and entry is via a security keypad. We used the hop on hop off bus to visit Kilmainham Gaol and the zoo at Pheonix Park and other part of the city. The apartment is also within easy walking distance of Temple Bar and the city centre. We used the restaurant at the nearby Maldron hotel (Gourmet Society discounts available, meaning an excellent meal for an excellent price) On our last day we vacated the apartment at the stated check out time and luggage storage was ideal at the nearby Generator Hostel (lockers on ground floor which cost €4 for 12 hours-2 lockers was enough space for 5 cabin bags and rucksacks). From the first enquiry, Liam has been very helpful in providing information and always responded quickly.
