A very nice hotel all in all. It is situated at the very beginning of the town centre with short distances to walk to almost all sights. The staff was friendly, the room clean though a bit worn. Everything worked though. Comfortable bed but not recommended for people over six feet. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. All in all an excellent place for the price.

My Mum & I stayed here on Monday, Feb 28th. This was a return visit for me and again I was not let down by this hotel at all. The staff here are very efficient and friendly, from the Receptionist (no name badge) who checked us in, to the Receptionist (Monika) who checked us out the next morning. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean too. We had breakfast this morning before checking out and it is well worth €7.50 per person, if you book in advance...€9.50 if you avail of it on the day. There is lots of choice for breakfast and it kept us going for a long while after. The breakfast staff are very helpful and advised certain items are available on request. I ordered poached eggs and they were served without delay. The car park is very handy here. I booked it in advance and at €12.00, it’s great value. On our way up to Dublin I rang the hotel to see what was the earliest we could check in. Thankfully, our room was ready and we were able to check in at 11am! This was super as it saved us parking up elsewhere and moving the car later in the day. One other thing we’d like to compliment the staff on is, their honesty. My Mum left behind her mobile and we were on our way out of the city when she realised this. When we rang it, the hotel Receptionist answered it and said it had been found in our room by housekeeping and was being held at Reception. When we went back to collect it, my Mum wanted to give the staff a small token to reward them for their honesty but the Receptionist wouldn’t hear of it, saying it was all part of their job. It’s rare these days that you get this level of professionalism. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any of our friends and family and we will definitely be back again. You cannot beat the great value for money you get here and the perfect, city centre location. Cassidys gets a major thumbs up from us.

We booked this trip very last minute. The hotel room was nice but the yellow walls were a little over the top. That is my only complaint.
Great location and not noisy. The bistro area was great we had 2 meals there that were nice. The staff were really friendly which made a big difference. This hotel is great value for money!

Just the right location if you don't facy the noise and hussle in temple bar but only a short walk from almost all of Dublin. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff were happy to help when ever they could. The hotel provides a good value hotel in a great location. Happy to stay there again when we vist again.
