“Great Hotel with Fantastic Food and Entertainment”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 September 2012

My 19 year old daughter and I spent some time here between Christmas and New Year's. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do.
I have read some reviews on here that said the hotel was loud due to the area it was located in - this was not our experience. When we were in the room we could not hear the noise of the surrounding areas.
We enjoyed the entertainment and food at Legends (the attached bar). I highly recommend the Irish Stew - it was amazing and the Irish dancers were excellent.
All in all, we highly enjoyed everything about our visit other than the extremely cold weather.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Temple Bar area. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit run down. There is a big bar on the first floor which makes for lots of noise at night. This is especially troublesome because many rooms don't have air conditioning and you may need to have the window open. The service ranged from excellent to very rude. My single rooms's bathroom was so small that I needed to close the door to get in the shower.

My partner and I are a young couple and were looking for somewhere handy to town, nice, clean, and liveable for two nights.
The room was dull, cramped and smelled disgustingly of stale cigarettes. Apart from this, the lack of double glazing allowed us to attempt to sleep with all the noise of the lively temple bar area. This wad not good Craic... and we will not stay there again, thanks. Advice: pick somewhere better!

Just come back from a weekend at the Arlington hotel, temple bar on a hen weekend. It is a great hotel with a fab atmosphere, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine, some of the bathrooms have been refurbished, others are bit dated but clean. Good choice of breakfast and plenty of it! Also did the 3 course meal and show on the Saturday night. Worth doing it was great, again fab atmosphere. What a lovely city. Will def be returning. Thank you..

This hotel was a pretty good price for the location. It is a 5 minute walk to anything in Temple Bar, but not right in the middle so you can get a little quiet and sleep. The room was really small and really hot (we were there during the hottest week of the year apparently). The staff was nice and we attended the traditional irish dinner, music and dancers which was a really good show.
