Nice, cozy and clean apartment. 10 minutes walking from Temple Bar, 2 from a Tesco. I really enjoyed my permanence on it
The flat is a very close walk to the Guinness Store House and about 15 minute walk to the city centre. I can't complain about the location, but it's an old neighborhood. There are numerous pubs and shops just around the corner. The Tesco Express was very handy for us. The flat is tired and is in desperate need of updates and repairs- especially the bathroom. The tub caulking needs replacing to make it look clean, the toilet seat slips to one side every time you sit down. The kitchen needs chipped tiles replaced- easy fix to make it look smarter. A wine opener would be good too!
It was fine for two people but 3 or more it would be cramped for more than a night.
Great location. Minutes from the bus lines and a easy 20 minute walk to Central Dublin. Guiness Storehouse was 5 minutes away and other attractions. Quiet residential area with all the conveniences within a few minutes walk. The apartment was spacious for the two of us. Decor a bit outdated but that didn't impact our visit.
