This was the most expensive place I stayed in Ireland but probably the worst. The room was small with a tiny bathroom, the mattresses are terrible, and the included breakfast was meager. The whole place is old and tired. The rush hour traffic in both directions in front is gridlock making it hard to get to the place. While having breakfast there was a constant clatter of dishware in the kitchen and dining area and from the staff trying to frantically set tables even though the breakfast room remained mostly empty. The same people own the adjacent properties.
On the positive side the, the location if good for walking the town and University, there is plenty of parking in the rear, and desk staff are friendly and helpful.
If it is late in the day and you are running out of choices this will work but don't make it a destination. Way overpriced for what you get.More
