I stayed here Thursday night 16th Feb, it was a night away and to visit family also after a long drive down to cork we were welcomed very warmly by the lovely girls on the front desk. We checked in to a lovely clean and warm room which was really comfy. The bar was real nice and the lad behind the bar really friendly also. The next morning breakfast was gorgeous. This was my 3rd time to stay here and it's always great really friendly staff. I definitely will be back and I would certainly recommend the Rochestown park hotel. Great location also close to Douglas and cork city

A weekend stay with friends to celebrate a birthday. Not a spot for a quiet weekend away as its a very busy hotel with loads of functions.
Food in Suttons Bistro and bar is outstanding and very well priced.
If you fancy something else, Douglas village is only a 4-5 min walk around the corner with other bar/restaurants and shopping.
The staff are brilliant, very friendly and approachable.
Bedrooms and reception areas in general are spotlessly clean.

Rooms are great very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, shower great and bed very comfortable. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, finding floors for conference rooms and finding your way back to your room etc.

Room tip: Ask for a room in the more modern upgraded part of hotel.

I really could not find fault with The Rochestown Park Hotel.

Great Hotel, with superb facilities and the staff could not have been more helpful and courteous.

The breakfast was excellent and the Leisure Center merits particular comment.

We recently dined in the bar area of the Rochestown Park Hotel. The food was very nice and well presented; just two small points. We were charged extra for requesting a herbal tea instead of ordinary tea. This was the first time I was ever charged extra for substituting ordinary for herbal tea. Secondly, a few of the waiting staff were arguing with each other over some task that wasn't completed quite close to our table. It seems a little unprofessional.
