Comfortable room and amenities , perfect for a 3 day break in Inverness , the only drawbacks were the lack of signage to indicate where the hotel is on first arrival and the 2 fire alarm calls we had on our last night, Inverness at 2.30am in April wasnt warm.

There is absolutely nothing that tells you to go through the business park to get into the car park. We could see the place from three different roads and assumed, understandably, that there would be signage. We phoned for directions but the guy did not say to turn into the access to the business park with the result we were committed to the dual carriageway and a few miles up the road before being able to turn back. Apart from that, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with these excellent beds Premier Inn provide. Booked direct with PI which was considerably cheaper than Late Rooms and Booking.com!

Had to stay 5 nights accompanying daughter on business / pleasure. Room very comfortable, could do with bedside clock/alarm, good wifi and TV, plenty of parking. All staff very helpful and friendly, cleaning staff were always around promptly in the morning if you wanted the room cleaned. A great position for Inverness and surrounding areas, for shopping at retail parks and Vue cinema. Went to the Bannatyne leisure complex at retail complex just across the roundabout, you can get day membership for £12, it was lovely, great pool, 2 jaccuzzis and 2 saunas and steam rooms and relaxing cafe. The Brewers fayre next door was good for a meal but gets very busy (there was good service), a bargain before 6.30 with 2 meals for £10.99. We booked well in advance for £39 a night, would definitely return at this price.

Room Tip: Asked for quiet room, not a problem, had window open at night.

Dear D F,

Thank you for your lovely review of your recent stay with us. It is always great to receive guest feedback and I was so pleased to see you enjoyed your 5 nights with us. As you said our location is great with a large free car park in a quiet location yet you are minutes from the city centre.

I do so hope you will come visit us again, and as you mentioned about alarm clocks simply inform our reception team member when you next visit and we can either provide one or set up the 40 inch plasma TV in your room to your desired time!

thanks again and best wishes,

Great service, fast and easy efficient. The room was very clean, new and comfortable. The bathroom was great. The location is great, especially for family or a quieter stay. Perfect accomodation if you are traveling through/to Inverness by car.
