Cosy room, one notices that importance was given to details. Nicely decorated breakfast room and great breakfast, with plenty of options to order from a menu. The hosts were very welcoming and took some time to tell us about strolls and restaurants in the area. Free parking nearby (ask host for autorisation sticker upon arrival). Great location, near the city centre and the river, quiet neighbourhood. Will be back if ever back to Inverness!

Lovely little B&B right next to the river. Near enough to the centre of Inverness to walk there but set back a bit so was nice and quiet at night. Very clean and beds were comfortable, though the decor is a bit dated. Bathroom/shower room was amazing though, very modern. Budget deal for bed, no breakfast but owners included a basket of goodies in the room! Would definitely return. Hughes & Sparkes.

We stayed there for 2 nights in this B&B, and really enjoyed it. Neil and Sue were very friendly and helpful with their recommendations. The rooms are named after Scottish islands, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the shower was great. There was enough space in the room to freely move around, which is not very common nowadays. There was also a kettle and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room so we could have a cup of tea at any time. Breakfast was very generous and delicious, and they have an Elvis statue in the breakfast room to cheer up the guests. The location is great, as it's located only a five minutes walking from the city centre.

Riverview is in a great spot, close to the river and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but the decor is dated and the bathrooms could do with an overhaul.

My teenage daughter had a nosebleed during our one night stay and she was very embarrassed about the resulting blood on her sheet. I told Neil what had happened over breakfast and he couldn't have been nicer about it. His attitude was great - these things happen - which made a huge difference to a shy, embarrassed young person.

Having Elvis as a breakfast companion was a bit of a surprise - certainly made this place memorable!
