“A get away from it all heaven.”
Reviewed 20 October 2014 for a stay in October 2014

The Croft was clean, tidy, cosy, and exceptionally warm I wish the shower at home worked as well as this one does, and the kitchen is spacious and well set out and has all you need to practise your culinary skills.
The location guarantees peace and quiet other than the odd seagull or crow squawks, so if your after a hectic nightlife go to Blackpool. Limited wi-fi using BT fon is available albiet rather on and off I suppose it depends your devices capabilty and the source signal being available nuff said. Our stay was curtailed because of Flu but the location is packed with castles, brochs, chambers, Forts, sandy beaches. and not to overlook the Waligoe steps, I will be returning as it is a area well worth visiting but a vehicle is a must unless you like very long hikes !! Many thanks to Nigel for having us.

Comfortably furnished with everything you need. Quiet area and relaxing walks. But still close to the next bigger village.

“Visit To The Croft”
Reviewed 4 October 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Excellent cottage and location, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A home from home.Spotless and a good size bedroom with a double size bed. A slightly smaller bedroom with two single beds. Good size modern kitchen also well equipped.
I would certainly recommend this for a quiet relaxing holiday break.

“very clean and peaceful stay”
Reviewed 14 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

The cottage was clean and had everything required for a family stay. We were visiting friends and family within the area and it was a good base for us. It felt cosy and like a home from home, much better than staying in a hotel or B&B. Would definately stay here again.

A beautiful, peaceful spot and unpretentious, spotless accommodation. Nearest town, Wick, is sad in its decline, but there are signs of hope in the harbour, the Heritage Centre and the Memorial Garden.
