Stayed here with the dive club as had a long weekend boat diving in Wick, The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of room for the 9 of us and the dog. It will accommodate 12 easily and everyone had space for all our kit and all of our food. The beds were comfy and lovely clean towels provided.
The under floor heating was great, but given it was Sep/Oct when we stayed we turned it all down as the weather was warm and sunny. If it had been bad weather the log fires and wood burners throughout the upper floors would have been more than adequate to keeps nice a cosy. Plenty of bathrooms and toilets, with a great steam room to relax in the evening and even a table tennis table to keep you entertained at night. Everyone in the club agreed that this was one of the best places we had stayed in when away diving with the club and all of us would come back again. Thanks to the owners, who are unfortunately selling the place, but we hope the new owners continue this as a self catering let.

“Holiday with my Wife and friends”

Well what can I say a truly wonderful house sat on the Harbour wall in the village of Keiss around 10 miles south of John o Groats. There are no negatives I can say about our week stay at the house. All the five bedrooms are very spacious with three bath rooms including a steam room and a well equipped kitchen and a living room to die for.
Lots of books DVD and games, there is also ping pong table which can be set up in the room of the kitchen and put away when not in use and not to forget the 3 open fires a real welcome when you have been out for the day.

In the village you have a small shop and the Sinclair Bay Hotel only a short walk away. The town of Wick lies only 15 mins away by car which has all the amenities anyone could require, visit the distillery in wick well worth it.
Also well worth the visit is to the Orkney Isles only an hour by ferry from Gills Bay a couple of miles west of John o Groats.

I would recommend this house to all my family and friends and to anyone reading this review, a long drive for us but so worth it when you step inside the front door thank you Anna the owner we will be in touch again soon to book our next stay.

“A wonderful Stay”

We stayed at the harbour house as a group of 9 adult friends. The house has the wow factor, it is very cosy at the same time as being very spacious with little touches of design with make it quite special, ther are 3 double bedrooms one twin and a room with 4 bunk beds , as well as 3 well equiped bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The house is situated about 10 mins north of Wick and 15 south of John OGroats, in a small village with a shop for the papers and the Sinclair Bay hotel that looks nothing from the outside but worth a visit for the welcome and a good meal. The house is approx 1 km from the Sinclair Bay beach, a beautiful beach easily reached on foot and a good time waster for shell hunting. The house is well equiped for the rainy days with DVD,s ,books cards and board games as well as a table tenis table, not to mention the windows which you will find yourself looking out of to watch the fishing boats ,and the four seasons in one day weather. If you do decide to stay you will not be disappointed. My tip to you would be to order a delivery online from the Tescos in Wick and get a delivery on your arrival date it will save a lot of hassle .
