“Excellent quality accommodation, service and location”
Reviewed 10 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and 4 year old. After booking this stay we were immediately impressed as Andy was very obliging by allowing us to arrive extremely late at night. Andy was very helpful and friendly throughout making sure everything was explained fully and that we were ok. He was very quick to respond to any queries we had.

Apartment is on the top (2nd) floor with some beautiful views of the Cairngorms. (Access could be tricky for any less abled as there is no lift). The apartment is very comfortably sized for 4 adults with plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. A travel cot is also available if required. Rooms are decorated and kitted out to a very high standard with very modern facilities, free private wifi access and use of Netflix etc all included. We self catered in the apartment mostly and found everything we needed with ease as the kitchen is kitted out with almost everything you'd have at home. For longer stays that require some clothes washing you'd have to wash by hand or find a launderette as there is no washing machine.

Location is perfect. Aviemore is thriving with activities for all ages and abilities and this is the perfect base. Shops, Bars, Restaurants, takeaways, Swimming Pool, Soft Play, Cinema, Adventure Play Area, Bus Stop, Railway Station, Walks and Trails are all within 5 minutes walk. Ski centre and mountain railway are 20 minutes by car 30 by bus every hour. Loch Morlich on the way is a gorgeous place at the foot of the cairngorm mountains worth a visit just for the views but they do offer watersports too - and there's a beach too if its warm enough. Strathspey Railway is a great day out for rail enthusiasts or people looking for fantastic views of the highlands.

All in all a fantastic place, excellent accommodation and top service from Andy.
Looking forward to returning next year
Many thanks

“Clean, Convenient and Organised.”
Reviewed 13 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

My daughter and I enjoyed the apartment. While it was up some steps it was quiet and relaxing. There was everything we required to make our stay comfortable and I would be pleased to stay again.

Aviemore is a wee busy town with buses to the ski centre if you didnt have a car.

The scenery was beautiful.

“Clean and comfortable apartment in the centre of Aviemore”
Reviewed 23 November 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Andy met us at the apartment which is unusual as he does not live in Aviemore. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well set up and he explained how to use the heating etc.. The location is brilliant, minutes from a Tescoes, but very quiet and in the heart of gorgeous country. We could park right in front of the apartment. We had to pay extra for power used, but this was only a few pounds for us. There's no washing machine and we couldn't get the dishwasher to work, but this was no big deal. As Andy acknowledged, there are a couple of minor maintenance issues, but again this didn't detract from our stay. My wife found the bed a little hard, but it was fine for me. Overall a good place to stay.

“Ideal!”
Reviewed 7 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We found this apartment to be everything we needed, right in the heart of the Cairngorms and moments walk from all Aviemore has to offer. Andy responded quickly with any questions and check in was speedy via an app I believe?! Andy was very kind letting us check in early and leave a bit later the following day, it was much appreciated. It's a great place!

“Comfortable and immaculately presented.”
Reviewed 22 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Andy could not be more helpful in ensuring that we could use all of the equipment, heating etc and new about local facilities. The location towards the edge of Aviemore enabled us to quickly access the routes we needed to reach wildlife sites, but is close enough to make the shops convenient. For those inclined, outward bound pursuits are within easy reach by car or local bus. my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the major wildlife areas of the country.
