“Great homely place in Aviemore”
Reviewed 21 January 2016 for a stay in January 2016

8 of us stayed at number 10 and really enjoyed staying there. So much so that in the evenings - rather than going into Aviemore we preferred to make dinner in.

“Great highland house”
Reviewed 24 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Great house, easy access to Aviemore town (10minute walk).
We stayed as a group of 8. Really nice finish throughout the house and very reasonable rates.
All that you need for accessing the local activities. Comfy home to come back to after day outdoor - cosy fire, comfy sofas and well equipped kitchen. Good wifi and full satellite TV package.
Really helpful host.
Would not hesitate to recommend and go back

“Cosy bolt-hole for a relaxing holiday!”
Reviewed 7 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Very comfortable house, well appointed with quality fittings, linens and furnishings, in a very quiet spot yet convenient for Aviemore attractions and facilities. Really enjoyed the woodburning stove and supply of logs. Central heating was efficient and easily controlled. Double bedrooms were very spacious. Twin bedrooms were unused by us, and were much smaller than the doubles.Good quality bathroom fittings, and satisfactory showers. Large sunny garden to the rear. This house was much bigger than we needed, but the extra space was very welcome. Would have preferred fewer (and smaller) TVs, as I felt six in one house were rather too many, even if at full occupancy .... Generous selection of books and games, and the two adult bicycles were a pleasant surprise. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. All in all, a great place to stay and we hope to return there before too long.

Liked best: The woodburning stove and log supply
Liked least: Rather lumpy cushions in living room. Too many televisions - don't like them in bedrooms.

“Fantastic house - great prices”
Reviewed 4 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We had been looking for a place to stay for a lads golfing weekend. Most places only did week long bookings for roughly £1000-1600 which was too much for a 2 night stay. My brother in law had stayed at N0.10 before and said it was great. Anne who owns/manages the house was extremely nice and accommodating - she was able to offer us a 2 night stay with no problems for an amazing price. The house couldn't be kept better with all the necessities plus more for example the games 'snug' with ps4, all access sky in two different rooms, big dining room for eating as a group, comfy beds, power showers and a big garden for relaxing outside. Couldn't fault it and it will be the first place we contact for another weekend up north.
