We didn't have a reservation for lunch but they managed to accomodate our party of four. Inside the place looks very average. The service was a bit slow for our liking and the wine list too expensive with the cheapest bottle of wine close to 20 pounds. We chose the 2 course option menu for 11 pounds per person. Two of us had stuffed mushrooms and the others had the bruschetta for starters. We all agreed the starters were small and rather tasteless and hoped the main course would win us over. The mains arrived. Two of us had Pork Escalope with Potatoes and Rcket and the others, Chicken Escalope with Mashed Potatoes. Although we all enjoyed the mains the portion sizes were tiny. We all had one drink each which comprised of a very small bottle of cider and beer, one diet coke and one orange juice which brought the bill to 70 pounds with tip (shouldnt really have given a tip but we did). We left the restaurant hungry and went for some wine and a couple of portions of chips at a nearby pub. I would not recommend this place.

Called in for a meal on 26 Sep, there was a large party in that seemed to be getting all the attention. I found the service very slow and the food was definitely not up to scratch, I had pork escalopes with roast potatoes, the meal was absolutely swimming in oil, when I mentioned this to the waiter he just shrugged and said something about the vegetables. Maybe I caught them on an off day but I certainly won’t be returning.

Sarti is a great place to eat. They have a good menu and service is good. It is always packed with people and you need a reservation on weekends. Sometimes it feels as if they could use more staff.

This restaurant was close by our hotel, food was fantastic, fresh and so tasty. Our waiter (sounded Italian) was just lovely, only downside was blonde lady also waiting tables , quite brusque. Overall very good and would return if ever in Glasgow again.

Visited here last night with my husband for a quick bite to eat, restaurant was very busy and even although we weren’t booked in we were seated very quickly.
Everything was lovely from start to finish, can’t fault anything, we were served by a few different staff all friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
We each had 3 courses with wine beer and water as well as coffee for a very reasonable £90.
Haven’t been here for around 16 years, we will most definately not be leaving it so long till our next visit

Thank Karen A
