I visited here two days ago. Wasn’t sure if it was table service or order at bar, so I tried to make eye contact with a member of staff, no one was offering any help so I just left. Shame because someone has invested a lot of time, effort and money into this business, but clearly not in training the staff to make their customers feel welcome. I liked the decor and that you can take your dog in. I went into a restaurant near by and was greeted with a smile at the bar, makes all the difference.

Good evening,

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review - we value your feedback as we constantly aim to improve what we offer in terms of standards and service and are disappointed to have missed the mark when you visited.

Can you please confirm that you visited our site on Argyle Street, opposite Kelvingrove Museum in the West End of Glasgow?
There is also a BrewDog venue in the city centre called DogHouse Merchant City and we are often confused with each other.

If it was indeed ourselves you visited please do drop us a direct line at glasgowbar(at)brewdog(dot)com and we can ensure we resolve all issues from your visit.

Many thanks,

BrewDog Glasgow

My wife and I had visited the Kelvingrove Museum in the morning and then needed lunch. We found this bar and immediately felt warm and welcoming when we entered. We sat down and barman gave us a few moments to read the menu. We ordered burgers and a couple of craft beers and we were delighted with the quality. Very tasty and could not fault. We will definitely be back and will also try other Brew Dog pubs. If you want fabulous beer and great tasting burgers or hotdogs then this is a must !!

We stood for ages at the door waiting to be served and when approaching the waitress to ask if we could just sit anywhere she ignored us. I went up to the bar and asked if it is table or bar service as not one person came to help us and they replied 'whatever you want' before carrying on their three way conversation. I had to go and find my own menu off another table. Asked a passing waitress for some drinks and she said 'eh sorry ....' and walked off. We got up, left and had an amazing meal with a friendly environment next door. Would not recommend.

We went in for the beer and assumed we would get a low quality burger for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised with the menu choices including healthy and vegetarian options. And of course, the beer is great. Casual and good quality place.

Visited already few times. Great atmosphere, very well mannered and friendly staff and good selection of ales and food.

Definitely will recommend a visit. The place is also well situated in the centre of Glasgow.
