A very pleasant stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the price was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for the city centre. Would be ideal for anyone attending a show at the Kings Theatre.

Excellent location about 15-minutes walk from the Central Station and 3-minutes walk from Sauchiehall Street, most of which is now pedestrianized. The hotel however, is in a quiet location with very little external noise during the night. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3-nights and had a small amount of noise from the room next door on the 1st night and the room above the last night but it was not excessive or worth bringing to the attention of the night staff. Very nice buffet breakfast, with the food being replenished quickly when necessary. As in other Ibis hotels, if you make your own bed and forego cleaning every day you receive a £5 voucher for use in the hotel bar/restaurant. We had a toasted sandwich one evening which was nice; quite a well stocked bar with several malt whisky's to use that voucher on!

Room Tip: The voice in the lift was quite loud, so a room away from the lifts would be better

I have to say this hotel is so close to the centre I was happily surprised you can be any restaurant, shop or train station in 5 minutes and the best is the price very affordable.

The rooms are clean and standard, if you don't request to clean your room everyday you even get 5 pounds voucher to use in bar or restaurant.

Breakfast cost £8 if you didn't book with your stay and is delicious even if is not a lot offer.

Both bar and reception are open 24 hours.

I will be coming back.

During a recent weekend business trip, we as a group of staff stayed here. The check in process was fine and we were staying on the 6th floor. The hotel was full, which incurred some noise of those returning to their hotel rooms late evening. The rooms are fine. Possibly a little tired but comfortable beds and a decent hot shower. The wifi is excellent and free.
