“Really nice”

After driving from Dublin, Ireland this apartment was a welcomed treat. There was ample parking and the contact was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is lovely and very well furnished. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Many places just give you the bare bones but this place certainly didn't. We even had tea, coffee and other nice treats waiting for us. The living room looks out onto the water, we would sit in front of the window and just watch the sea. The big window has mirrors on the side which really gives a panoramic view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the price was very reasonable for what you get. I would recommend this place to anyone.

“Great location and a compulsive view towards the sea - you can't stop looking!”

Easy to find and arrangements to obtain key for flat. Parking on first come, first served basis but didn't have any issues on arrival. Great views across the Forth of the Firth - just couldn't stop looking out to see how the weather/view changed!!
Adequate space for a family of 4 and very clean and tidy.
Close to bus stops into Edinburgh (£8.50 for a family ticket when we went - exact money only though) - but easy route. Also easy to get to Ocean Terminal/Britannia if driving.
Would consider staying here again another time due to location.

Liked best: View from living room and fact had put mirrors next to window to extend the views further
Liked least: Not enough items in kitchen (no trays, casserole bowls) to allow scope for cooking much (e.g pizza)

“Nice apartment in a great location.”
Reviewed 17 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

The apartment was well equipped ànd comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beach view and easy access to the promenade. Portobello is a nice district with small shops for browsing. Easy access into the city centre.

I will book again and would recommend this apartment to others.

“Little gem”
Reviewed 7 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

The perfect place to stay if visiting Edinburgh.
The apartment and location is brilliant With amazing views.
It is so warm and cosy in the apartment, with everything you need .... A proper home from home Even the neighbours were friendly and welcoming.
Just a 15-20 min bus ride into central Edinburgh, so no need to use car. Also shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance.
John met us when we arrived, really nice guy, who gave us lots of local info and recommendations.
Hopefully return again one day soon
