Very comfortable place that suit to family to stay. The price is reasonable
and the equipment is perfect! The staff here is very friendly and willing to help. We enjoy the time here so much!

Even it is a bit far away from the Waverley station. But it doesn't really matter. As It is a good, tidy place for us still!

We stayed here in a 2 bed apartment in July as a base for 2 nights in Edinburgh. Perfect for a family of 4 - one double bedroom with ensuite shower, and a twin bedroom, also a large bathroom with bath/shower.

Well equipped and had decent Wifi - we didnt really use the TV.

Kitchen was fine - again we chose to eat out as so close to the city. Nice touch of providing some tea/coffee and little milk pods for our arrival - also a large tub of ice cream! Lounge are had a massive corner sofa and chairs, and there was a large dining table too.

Check in was easy - just a quick call to tell them what time we would be there.

We drove and parked the car up the road in the NCP for 2 days - there are a few bays close by but not for long stay.

Walking it took about 15/20 mins to get to Royal mile/Princess street - and there were various cafes for breakfast around. The nice one downstairs didn't open until 10 so we didn't try it.

Bus was £8.50 for 4 of us for the whole day - we could get the bus from across the road directly to Edinburgh Zoo via the city. so we used the bus to get around and to and from the apartment.

A great alternative to all 4 of us squashing into a family hotel room - lots of space and the kids could go to bed without us all having to be in the dark and quiet!.
I would stay again when visiting Edinburgh.

As you all know I am a dedicated Trip Advisor blogger and check here before travelling anywhere so this apartment was checked out right up to week before. Agreed it is a big organisation and you can have one of a few apartments, this is what bothered me as till the day you arrive all you know is you have booked a 3 bed apt. Told we’d be met at door with keys and emailed and texted details till 10 mins before but still nobody there and had to ring in arrival to a man giving me a code over phone to get in. Once in apartment size was great but so many little things wrong. Awful smell downstairs but prob because it was basement flat. Kitchen plynths stuck on with brown tape all round kitchen, hole in wall in bathroom wall, hole in wall in ensuite. Door in bedroom wouldn’t open or close unless we lifted up the bar on top as it was broken and then water started coming through roof of ensuite from upstairs. We went out to eat as it was 9pm and as we had 3 sets of keys we grabbed one to find that in return only one of the keys was the right key and we were locked out. Called the number I had and the guy on call was not happy. He answered with “why did you lock the door, I am not even near by”. This resulted in us sitting on the floor for half hour waiting for him to come n let us in and even then no apology for leaving back door key instead of front door!! On the plus we reported all this next morning to central office and by the time we had returned in evening “all” works had been done. However they did leave the front door open and unlocked with our passports and everything inside. Shame works weren’t done before we arrived as they had all been there quite some time. No reduction or refund offered either. Oh and we had to pay a £100 holding fee deposit on arrival which should have had an itinerary check done too but of course nobody turned up. Shame really but won’t use them again.

Lovely large apartments with really great living space. We stayed in app 7 which is a 2 bedroom that sleeps 4. The rest of our party had app 1 which sleeps 6.
Would recommend. The only downside was traffic noise as it’s on a busy road with bus route. That can’t be helped though.

We had a three bedroom apartment on the ground floor. One of the bedroom had a small attached bathroom. There was a common bathroom with a tub and shower. The living room and kitchen area were adequate. The apartment had all the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable. It was handed over to us in a clean state. The caretaker was always there whenever we had any query or needed any help.

The property is about 30 minutes walk from Princess Street and High Street. Buses and taxis were easily available at all hours which eased our travel plans. Edinburgh Castle was also easily accessible.

Room Tip: They have apartments with 2,3 and 4 rooms. Choose one as per your needs
