Me and my 2 friends spent our weekend in Edinburgh in this nice flat. It has everything you need to enjoy you holidays, even towels and sheets are provided.
The owner is really nice, trying to make our holidays better, trying to extend our check out. Also he was always really reachable.
The house is as the pictures, so we did not get any surprise. We did not use the kitchen apart from the breakfast, but you can find everything you need there.
Absolutely comfy for 4 people and is 15 min walking by the town, maybe bit more, but really close in a walking distance.
We will suggest this apartment to our friends, or use it again if we come back!

Ideally situated on a major bus route into Leith or Edinburgh. Flat is on a side street half way down Leith Walk and is very quiet. There are local shops for supplies nearby. The flat has everything for a short stay other than TV but there is a decent internet connection. Bed, Bathroom and kitchen is adequate. The place was clean and tidy. We did not cook so can't comment on cooker / hob etc. Would stay here again if on a weekend or short break to Edinburgh / Leith
My husband, our toddler and I stayed here for 5 days in November. The flat was compact and basic (and cold until the heating kicked in!) but had everything we needed, was clean and well stocked. We were even provided with a travel cot and a high chair, both of which were brand new and spotless. All in all great value for money and a good choice for people on a budget.
