Visit the cafe recently after walk around the park with my other half.I heard bad reviews about their coffee, but as you not try you wont know i give it a try...The staff was friendly, prices a bit on higher site, but ok. We order ours coffee and I just watched the serving person to make my americano and i couldn't believe whats I was seeing!I will not go in to details but that was the worst coffee ever tasted!!!Please give a staff a training, its really hard to make bad americano coffee having good machine like you have...

As a local i visit the park frequently. It has something for every budget. Entry to the park itself is free. The zoo has a small cost to get in but is a worth while visit with kids. If you are planning on spending a lot of time here then my advice would be take drinks and food with you as the park can be expensive and occasionally the cafe facilities are not open with no warning or alternatively you could visit and eat at one of food establishments at the leisure park just outside the main gate to the park.

It was a very quick visit due to the awful weather. Entry was a reasonable price.
The animals were all trying to hide from the rain but some were still visible. Good layout and great to get so close to the animals. Buggy friendly.
Café was quite expensive.
Will definitely return and hope for better weather!

We had lunch here after visiting the zoo and everything was nicely presented and tasty. We would definitely go back if at the zoo or park again

Nice park and playground. Decent amount of parking spaces.

The zoo is good and reasonably priced. Avoid the cafe though. I grabbed a bottle of water to drink in the way round and it was £1.55. It wasn't even a well known branded bottle, just a cheap alternative that could've been picked up really cheaply elsewhere.
