We played the Kings Links in April. A great course by the see. We had rain and strong Winds, and it was a blast. The Aberdeen fotball stadium is just a few minutes walk.

Well first off all the driving range it's self is good with great teachers and the shop is good a bit expensive cheaper at gamola golf on market street. The staff which work in the shop are not very good they are rude and not very nice to speak to so to round it off the facilities are great but staff not so much.

It is a great course and very well maintained course. Cheap to play too. £11.35 winter rate.

However the staff were bit rude. And the course maintenance team just walked in front of the course even though you let them know you were teeing off. And yes, they took their time.

Three stars overall.

Excellent course with consistent fast greens, (some undulating greens are best described as potato chip greens). There is no course like it in the lower mainland, although the Canal and Mayfair are similar, Kings is a great links course, with fescue, and putting onto the greens sometimes instead of chipping.
Fairways were in great shape too, and dry with some a few mishit topped shots going much farther than expected.
The reason it does not get a 5 by me, is because despite the fact you can smell and feel the adjacent Bay, you do not have any views because of the dyke. If they would raise some t boxes up that border the dyke, even better.
Lots of Hawks, Eagles, Ospreys, small planes, mountain views, professional friendly staff, good burgers.
Our 4 some Teed off at 4: 05 pm end of July, and had no one in front of us, and after 9 there was no one behind us. Finished 30 minutes before sunset.
