Good value B&B in a great location, just 10 minutes to the city walls and through a lovely park. Very clean, some traffic noise but stopped at night. Host Thomas was very welcoming and informative. Nice Ulster fry breakfast. Parking in road around the corner. Only thing lacking was tea/coffee in the room

Had to come to Derry for a funeral, but found that hotels fully booked due to maritime festival. Hadn’t stayed in a B&B before and booked “small double”. Not expecting much other than a bed squashed into a box room I was very pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room with a double & a single! Ensuite bathroom, TV with lots of channels and a blazing fast WiFi. Breakfast was nice in the morning. I had a great sleep, the host was very pleasant and the room was secure. Also opposite a fantastic public park (Brooke Park). Highly recommended place to stay

A very nice bed and breakfast in Derry, UK. The room was spacious, clean and the ensuite bathroom a plus. We had a room with two twin beds in a building adjacent to the main house. A definite plus was the secure, off-street parking. You have the option of a traditional Ulster Breakfast or yogurt, cereals, toast, pastries and fresh fruit.

Room Tip: Tip: the doorbell at the front door connects directly with the owner's cell phone in case no one is home.

We had a great stay here as part of a motorbike trip on the Atlantic Way.
Garage and secure area for motorbikes.
Very friendly, a very clean ensuite room.
Plenty of places to eat in Derry which is a pleasant 10 to 15 walk.
A good Irish breakfast, along with cereals, fruit etc.
Would stay again as very good value.

The rooms are nicely furnished and spacious enough. Each guest room does come with its own en suite bathroom. This B&B is run very professionally, with excellent facilities, very good breakfast and very nice staff (family members?). The location is not bad, about 15 minutes walk to the downtown area.
