Arrived and met with owner, had a lovely wheaten loaf and jam for us on arrival, had plenty of tea and coffee. Just one negative no shampoo or conditioner in bathroom but everything else was great. Will definitely return,
Could have done with some homely touches like lamps in the living room or even little things like a clock or coasters. Dated furnishings and wicker furniture in the living room let it down. When we arrived there was a damp smell as I think the house had been closed up over the winter. No welcome pack either although that was maybe because we only stayed one night. On the plus side it warmed up quickly and the beds were comfortable but could be better with a few inexpensive additions.
Fab place, very clean, close to main rd, nice and quiet area. Sarah response was bery Quick and was a plrasure to deal with her. Many thanx again
Cottage in very peaceful, friendly village, surrounded by lovely countryside. Accommodated four adults adequately. Main bedroom spacious but second bedroom better suited for children. Easy to access (by car) shops in Armagh and ferry port at Dublin. The welcome pack was great - thanks Sarah
The cottage is out in the country about 15 mins drive from Armagh city. It is just as is in the pictures, Nothing misleading about the advert. It is in a very quiet place in the countryside which is just what I was looking for. Sarah who met us was very nice and helpful and showed us everything. The cottage has everything you need to cook and clean and be comfortable. It is by far the cleanest rental of this type I have booked and there is an abundance of towels and such. The house heats up very quickly which is great as it is wet and cold outside now.
