So many great aspects of this apartment. Location, clean, fun, spacious, good price. We stayed here as a family of 4 and had so much room. The wifi and Netflix mad the kids happy! Fantastic decor!

“Charming Apartment in Great Location”
Reviewed 23 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We spent three nights here during our recent trip to Belfast. We were traveling with two teenagers and it was wonderful to have some space to spread out. The apartment was clean, well maintained and super cute. Dave was an excellent host, and met us as arranged to exchange keys and run through things with us. The location was fabulous. We were only a few blocks from City Hall, and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars as well as St. George's Market. It was a nice, central location for our stay.

“Perfect in every way”
Reviewed 10 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Have stayed in many holiday rentals over the last twenty years. This one rates as one of the best. Dave has covered every need even down to a hair straightener, laptop and adapters to charge any phone type. Booking was a breeze, welcome pack of wine and snacks appreciated and of course spotless. Loved the quirky touch! Every review I have read on any booking site is consistently full of compliments and rightly so. Can't rate highly enough.

“Beautiful Apartment with Exceptional Host”

Well-decorated apartment within easy walking distance (6 minutes) to Belfast City Hall and Belfast Centre. Titanic - Belfast is 28-minute; however, what a beautiful walk! Many sites to see: Beacon of Hope, Big Fish, River Lagan, Albert Memorial Clock. St. George's Market is just a block down the road, and if you are there over the weekend you can easily stock this apartment's adorable kitchen with tasty treats, cheeses, breads, fruits, etc. from the market. Dave makes you welcome from the minute you book. He answers his e-mails immediately and is most helpful with any questions you may have. We loved the free car parking especially since we rented a car from Enterprise, which is just around the corner. We spent one day driving around and seeing the sights of Northern Ireland. We are so happy we booked this apartment instead of a hotel. The five of us were quite comfortable.

“Purpose Perfect Pad”

This is an outstanding apartment. Perfect for toursism, a business visit or individuals, couples or families who require spacious accommodation (one double bedroom and a second with a double and single bed) in the beautiful heart of Belfast.
The presentation is immaculate, but be prepared to accept an imaginative approach. For example the doors are adorned with multilingual words of welcome and one whole wall is devoted to a blackboard for scribbling.
There is a full range of IT equipment, televisions a-go-go, but perhaps more importantly, a spacious kitchen fully equipped with top of the range kit. A little surprisingly, perhaps, there is no bath but there are two showers - one en-suite in the master bedroom and the other in the second toilet. The latter, however is sized to accommodate a seven-a-side rugger team.
Needless to say cleanliness levels are A1 and the proprietor is exceptionally generous with the 'welcome' pack. Biscuits, tea, coffee, crisps, brioche, wine, 'half a gallon' of milk and more.
You can't actually see the city hall, not even from the very useful balcony, but that magnificent building is less than five minutes walk away and most of the major attractions are not much more. What you can see are the tips of the towers on the stunning Saint Malachy's church that is the other side of a leafy square running along one side of this block.
If you are used to hiring UK owned property from individuals, as we used to be, equipped with the worn out and inadequate cast-offs from the owner's principal residence, this property will be a totally new experience. If you are not familiar with that scene, staying here will simply be an outstanding experience.
Only slight downside - don't let it put you off - the block itself is rather drab as are the public areas.
