“Purpose Perfect Pad”

This is an outstanding apartment. Perfect for toursism, a business visit or individuals, couples or families who require spacious accommodation (one double bedroom and a second with a double and single bed) in the beautiful heart of Belfast.
The presentation is immaculate, but be prepared to accept an imaginative approach. For example the doors are adorned with multilingual words of welcome and one whole wall is devoted to a blackboard for scribbling.
There is a full range of IT equipment, televisions a-go-go, but perhaps more importantly, a spacious kitchen fully equipped with top of the range kit. A little surprisingly, perhaps, there is no bath but there are two showers - one en-suite in the master bedroom and the other in the second toilet. The latter, however is sized to accommodate a seven-a-side rugger team.
Needless to say cleanliness levels are A1 and the proprietor is exceptionally generous with the 'welcome' pack. Biscuits, tea, coffee, crisps, brioche, wine, 'half a gallon' of milk and more.
You can't actually see the city hall, not even from the very useful balcony, but that magnificent building is less than five minutes walk away and most of the major attractions are not much more. What you can see are the tips of the towers on the stunning Saint Malachy's church that is the other side of a leafy square running along one side of this block.
If you are used to hiring UK owned property from individuals, as we used to be, equipped with the worn out and inadequate cast-offs from the owner's principal residence, this property will be a totally new experience. If you are not familiar with that scene, staying here will simply be an outstanding experience.
Only slight downside - don't let it put you off - the block itself is rather drab as are the public areas.

Had to cancel a trip to Paris due to terrorist attacks, and made last minute decision to to go Belfast. Found Citygate Apartment by 'accident', but it turned out to be the best accident I've had in a long time. Apartment was trendy, clean and excellently appointed. Smart TV, laptop at our disposal, and enough basics on arrival so no need to shop immediately. Host, Dave met us, explained the running of the flat, and gave us all the local info we could want. We spent 3 nights in Belfast, and could walk a block and a half to city shopping, and 20min. walk to Titanic Experience. Great location for a city break. Underground carpark included. Can't recommend it enough.
