Hi shirl228,
thanks for the lovely review and were glad that you enjoyed some food in one of our snugs. The bells are a great part of the bar and we still try and get out to serve when people ring them though its not always possible.
Hope to see you again soon

Andy

Visit here each time I'm in Belfast and this place has the best Guinness in Belfast...probably!!. Very popular with the tourists and there's some great history attached to it. Good food available too.
The staff are friendly and are good at multi tasking taking many drinks orders at once and getting them all correct. Great atmosphere and a must visit for the craic!!

Hi Jason O,
thanks for the comments about our Guinness though I'm sure there are a few bars that would contest it :)
Thanks for the great review and hope you can visit again soon

Went into the lovely pub for a quick drink on Sunday afternoon. The place was buzzing - great atmosphere! The decor is unique and different - finished to a high level of intricate detail.

Always pop in for the Guinness and stew. Great spot after shopping. Ideal location next to train and bus stations. Theatres nearby.

Hi Kate F,
its great that you like to pop in for our stew which is one of the most popular items on the menu and goes super with a Guinness.
Thanks for taking the time to give us a review

Went with few English work colleagues to show them the grand old pub and get them a few Guinness. Pub is beautiful but the Guinness is not. Were served by three different bar staff and not one of them knew how to pour a Guinness correctly or had not been trained to do so resulting in below average stout being served up. Get your folks trained up folks and don't pour the black stuff as if you're pouring lager

Hi comeontheredhands,
I'm sorry that you were left disappointed with your visit and especially that you thought our Guinness wasn't served correctly. Non of our staff should be pouring Guinness in anything but the 2 part pour and we train all new starters on their induction as to what a good Guinness looks like.
I will pick up with the team about your comments to make sure it doesn't happen.
Thanks
Andy
