“Lovely apartment , beautifully presented”
Reviewed 1 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Just returned from Belfast , staying 3 nights at this lovely apartment. After a lovely welcome from Mary we were able to leave our car and luggage at the apartment even though it was only mid morning. Ideally situated for everything Titantic and the city centre , we were able to really experience all the city had to offer. Really appreciated the welcome pack including the Easter goodies and loved the view of Samson and Goliath.
Highly recommend this apartment ( although maybe thicker curtains in the twin room would be nice .... My 14 year old woken early by bright sunlight ) . TV reception was not too good but we didn't actually have much time to watch with Belfast to enjoy.
Thank you for all your help and assistance Ciaran, much appreciated

Thank you Rachel for the great review - delighted you all loved the apartment and the city and your Easter chocolate treats....apologies for the early sunshine into the room - we don't get much sunlight in Belfast that often :-) and the TV reception is usually fixed with adjusting the aerial at the wall...a pleasure to welcome you, thanks again....Best regards, Ciaran and Mary.

“Luxery spacious apartment with all the extras in an excellent location.”
Reviewed 1 March 2016 for a stay in February 2016

We had a fantastic 6 night stay at Ciarans aparartment. We had three kids with us (7)(4)(1) and all our needs were catered for. We were literally 2 mins from the Titanic museum The W5 and the hop on bus tour, all of which we thouroghly enjoyed. We were also walking distance to town, just across the bridge and the cast and crew restaurant around the corner was fab. It was so convenient to have a shop and bakery downstairs. The apartment itself was immaculate well equipped and so comfortable, plenty of channels on the tv and Wi Fi. It was super quiet and we all slept so well. The boys loved the floor to ceiling windows so they could watch the cranes, boats, cars and planes. Although our little girl is only 1 she loved the long red sparkly runway : ) This place was central, spacious, quiet, safe, secure and luxurious it definitely ticked all the boxes and more for us.

This review certainly made me smile and chuckle. There seems to have been something that everyone enjoyed about the stay but the best was the happiness the red sparkle runway tiles brought to your 1 year old!! Fabulous! Thanks Sinead for choosing to stay! Ciarán

“Home away from Home”
Reviewed 9 December 2015 for a stay in November 2015

I would thoroughly recommend Ciaran's apartment to anyone visiting Northern Ireland and looking for a homely base to stay. From the moment we met Mary until the day we left we felt at home, we had everything we needed and the apartment is situated perfectly near a restaurant, shop, bakery and of course the Titanic Museum.
Ciaran and Mary could not do enough to make us feel welcome and we will definitely be back soon.

“Great apartment and service”
Reviewed 9 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

Super place to stay and would probably use again. The owner was very helpful from start to finish.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, very modern and very well equipped. The area is quiet but close enough to the city centre, just a short cab ride away or you could easily walk if you wish.
It's a three bedroom, so ideal for 6 people. My only debate is whether the price represents good value when compared to most decent hotels in Belfast which range from around £80 per room per couple including cooked breakfast. I guess it depends what you are looking for. On this occasion it suited and if I could get a slightly better price in future I would use again.

Liked best: Very modern, quiet and the service from the owner
Liked least: There was nothing I didn't like. The price is a little too high compared to the same number of people staying in a hotel perhaps.

“Perfect location for Titanic Museum and Odessey Ice Rink. Better than expected!”
Reviewed 8 December 2015 for a stay in November 2015

The apartment was better than expected- clean, stocked with tea, wine, laundry & dish detergent, extra linens, plenty of plates, etc. My grandchildren loved all the Titanic info in the apt. We parked the car and walked to the Titanic Museum and its grounds- a great experience. The Bistro 410 in the museum had wonderful food and Roberto from Portugal was very informative and helpful. We also had the opportunity to attend a NCAA college ice hockey tournament at the rink, which was also a couple of blocks away. The Ice rink only has fast food, and the Premier hotel has the only nearby restaurant other than the museum. The downside- no coffee pot- but there is a Centra market in the complex, a bakery w coffee. There is a clothes washer and a drying rank available.

Thanks for the review....it's a shame you never seen the other places to eat, Cast and Crew opposite the museum, or went into the complex attached to the Ice Rink, Red Panda, Soda Joe's, Pizza Hut etc...all great choices to eat. Sorry about the coffee pot..most guests enjoy the wine more than a real coffee :-), but as you say there are two awesome places downstairs offering great barista services....thanks again for visiting the city, was great to liaise with you!
