I was due to stay at Dukes in September 2017 for work. Unfortunately there was an error with the booking system (no fault of Dukes) and my booking didn't go through. Dukes were fully booked (as was the whole of Belfast it seemed!) but with nothing to gain herself the receptionist trawled through websites for me to try and find somewhere available- this took some time as there was very limited availability. Once we did find somewhere, she booked it for me and ordered me a cab to the new hotel. She didn't have to any of this for me and I'm extremely grateful!
