My husband and I travelled with our 15 month old daughter for our first family holiday.
We had a lovely time, our daughter loved to go and see the chickens and walk around the ponds and play in the massive garden. The caravan was very well kept with all the things you need for a stay in a self catering property. The bedrooms were quite small but the living areas had plenty of room for play. The views were fantastic.
The location was quiet (with the odd exception of cows mooing, sheep bleating and chickens clucking).
The owners were very welcoming and very much left us to our own devices even though they lived next door.
We filled everyday with something new to do, whether travelling to Anglesey or going to the seaside, we generally didn't have to travel for longer than 50 minutes to get to where we wanted to. The location is perfect for visiting CADW sites as there are a fair few within an hours drive.
The only down side was that it was a bit cold at night, but there were panel heaters and plenty of bedding was available
We would definitely stay there again if we travel to the area.
